Thank you for the tremendous support in our leap forward into the new MasterLink Era. Lee Smith used the Exception Report yesterday to deal with a prospective client delay, I read it verbatim over the phone to our client. WOW, what an impact it had on the client and of course I shared it results of the report with others in the office immediately. The morning after the rollout, Casey our driver, charged into Will's office and wanted to see again, where his position is, boy was he excited. This morning we met to begin training on Outlook. Everyone is lit up with eyes wide open and the momentum is high. On Line - On Time is our rediscovered mantra. We all feel really blessed with the opportunities that lay ahead. The learning organization is here and now! Thank you again for the support and also the great article.
